3 Day Muscle Building Schedule

ive been working 3 wks out of combat and a half and I feel that my training routine for isn't good. "
I train three times a week for an hour. My equipment is;, barbell bench, a perfect pushup thing and dumbells. What do I do now is supine, do 380 pushups in a half hour (with rest), do concentration curls, bench dips, barbell curls, forearm curls, and running for half an hour job and then after the rite Crunchies (not all the same day I or 3 times a week). i tha the only thing that varies from day to day-forming accordin to how I feel is that bank i somewtimes instead of pushups. any1 can give me a good routine exercise to gain lean muscle mass.
Three weeks is nothing. Give it three months.
