I want to lose 15 pounds before June 25, please help me?
I'm 150 and I want to be 135. I am walking on a treadmill at 3.7 speed for two hours watching my TV show, and I do 500 sit-ups. I like strudel and milk for breakfast, salad for lunch, and dinner is soup. Will I be able to lose 20 pounds before July 1. Vacation.I'm going to burn 900 calories in two hours and 500 crunches. I eat dinner before I do a treadmill for two hours.I eat about 800 calories per day and burn 900.I be sweating so much in my face, neck and stomach which is where I lose fat?
