Any diet or detox plan that works the same way as the Basic fat burning soup diet?

Fat Burning Soup Diet Basic works for me, but I'm getting sick and had him. There are diet plans that works as a base for soup fat burning and it makes me lose five pounds without eating soup disgusting in a short period of time? (PLEASE DO NOT PILLS!) Please advise. Thanks in advance.
