Beginner Muscle Building Workout Plan
Workout advice for a beginner – planning to lose fat and make muscle at the same time. "
I am 20yrs old, 5 '"8 weighing 194 pounds. I'm quite chubby around the midsection (chest and belly, love handles, etc.), but not so much on arms and legs. I am planning LOSE MY Body fat and build muscles at the same time, and I was wondering if it would be appropriate for me to take protein supplements? (If yes, which brand is best for me) I I would also like some advice or any sets of exercises or a workout routine that will help me achieve my goal. Thanks in advance!
Do not take any supplement that is. You do not need any of that garbage. I used to take them and them my swollen face. Run for 10 minutes, do four sets of something upper body, four sets of something lower body, and you will lose weight in a short time (1-2 months). eat cereal or oatmeal in the morning, buy lots and lots and lots of fruit and snacks in all our more or less. your next meal should be big dinner (4-6 egg whites with one yolk and maybe a piece of meat). Then fruit snack afterward. As early as two meals, millions of snacks (fruit and vegetables only) and 1-3 hours of exercise per day. I did this and lost 30 pounds too ease. (You'll be hungry most of the time, but dealing with it. Do not cheat. Very rewarding, you will be grateful. Losing weight is not so complicated as the media leads us to believe (to buy the million and a product out there for fitness and weight loss). It's simple, just requires discipline. I was 180, dropped to 150.
