Belly Fat Causing Foods

I'm skinny but I still have a belly that I want to get rid of it?
I try to do cardio and eat well, but I'm losing weight, and I do not want only want to lose belly fat, what kind of foods should I avoid? I heard that some foods cause belly fat. what can I do? I do not smoke, do not bebo. Please help, I hate it
