You never lose belly fat, doing all this work abs. Of course, you will have strong abdominal muscles. You can even have a six pack, but you'll never see it until you lose the roll of fat covering them up.

The reason you will never lose belly fat that way is that you simply can not spot reduce. By reduction of all, I mean you only fat loss in one area of the body.

It is therefore impossible to lose belly fat, and then not lose fat during the rest of your body.

In order to lose belly fat, you have to have a plan for the loss of total fat. Fat not will simply disappear from your abdominal region, simply because you're doing each exercise abs imaginable. This is not the way it works.

The fat loss occurs in the body as a whole. This means that if you want to lose belly fat, you have to have a strategy for losing fat that burns fat the whole body.

To lose belly fat, you have to change their training focus from direct ab work and instead start doing the kinds of exercises that actually burn fat. This is heavy, compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses and rows. These exercises work the most muscles, together with their stabilizers. This, in turn, helps to release hormones responsible for muscle gain and fat loss. You can not start from crunches or leg lifts, and definitely not from the side corners.

You also have to do cardio, but not the way you was taught. To lose belly fat, you have to do high intensity cardio. This material of low intensity, will not produce a hormonal response to the way high intensity interval cardio does not.

Simply put, high intensity cardio fat burning hormones released, and speeds up the metabolism in a way that slow, steady state, and much cardio time ever.

Besides heavy compound exercises and high intensity cardio, if you are serious about Losing Belly Fat you should also eat a healthy and balanced diet to really lose that belly fat.

By I mean healthy and balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean meats like chicken and fish, nuts (unsalted) and whole grains. Notice I did not mention anywhere that you should starve. This is not the way to lose fat belly, and is definitely not the way to losing fat.

If you starve or deprive your body of any one of the macronutrients (protein, or fats, carbohydrates), you will not lose belly fat. Instead, you'll end up messing with your metabolism. Basically, you'll end up delaying your metabolism and stop your fat loss before it even begins.

So to actually lose belly fat, you can not try to reduce the stain it. Spot reduction does not work. Instead, you should focus on the loss fat in the body as a whole. You have to include compound exercises, cardio and high intensity. And you absolutely must include a healthy and balanced diet.
