The sweet taste of weight loss!
Cinnamon. The word evokes images of shiny buns fresh outta the oven on a Saturday morning. The smell of cinnamon only can make the mouth water!
But what if the sweetness you enjoyed as a child (and let's be honest, as an adult too!) Really helped to your health? Could it be possible that one of the flavors associated with growing waistlines in the world is actually good for you?
Recent studies around the globe revealed a shocking trend: Cinnamon is a simulator of insulin and can really help your weight loss regime!

How do you know if your supplement is cool? Smell it. If it is in pill form, you will know as soon as you open the bottle. If you can not overthrown by the pleasant smell, you're probably dealing with cinnamon obsolete. Higher quality of cinnamon will "tell itself" with the smell (Low quality goes the opposite way).
If you can powder or stick form, make sure you store it in an airtight container and away from light.
In general, you can sprinkle magic in everything you are eating (especially if you're on a diet low carb Keto or a race!) to ramp up all the hard work you're already putting into their meal plans.
And who knows, maybe a cinnamon roll allocated in their "cheating" meal "once in a while, does not seem as bad as you think!
