How do I lose belly fat?

All my friends and family have a flat belly and have a fat belly and really when I wear a t-shirt or bathing suits that always stands out and makes me so ugly. Is there any exercise I can do to lose it all? I can not eat the food I want as I stop eating white bread and all this because my parents control my eating habits for school lunches and everything else. Therefore, there is no way I can eat vegetables and all this for my meals, because if my mother does something that I eat it with the whole family. I do not have exercise equipment at home, as a treadmill or bike so there's no way for it. My parents are too busy with work and bills and all these things from adults so that they can not take me to the gym or swim center. I can not leave the house alone and walk around the block or anything. I got home to do exercises too so no super long. There is something simple like sit-ups in my room or just drink all the water time or something? Serious help here!

Stomach muscles need exercises. Simplest is to lie on the floor and hold hands bent knees into the side of the temple and head .. sit. slowly, not far sit and hold for 2 seconds and then back down again. Do this for about 15 times initially. Then lay hands behind head and do the same. No more tension. Just sign up as much as when your getiinng also strainful. Does this 15 times well.If power. Then lie down on their knees to put back the right leg on the left knee and place your right hand behind your head and move your right elbow to your left knee .. also 15 times .. repeat the opposite. While you get stronger add the amount of times you make. Later, try this. lie flat hand behind head lift your upper body upward and lift your lower body up all the tension will be in your stomach muscles. Drink plenty of water and eat less white bread .. Eat more fruit. If you dothese excercises trust me they'll tighten your stomach muscles and the fat disappears. But you have to do the excercises twice a day. . Good luck
