Exercises to lose wieght without bulking up?
Hello, my body naturally like to build muscle instead of burning fat, but very more than the average of other people! I am a woman and seems insain but I do not want to look like a pro wrestler-wife or something! So instead I download weight and high reps, but I did not lose weight !?!?! Is there anyway to lose belly and thighs without bulking up?
you should try to do what my instructor tells me to do: cardio circuit for long periods of time to running for 30-40 minutes and run for 45 seconds every 5 minutes … its a killer workout and a intense calorie and fat burner
