How can I lose 10 pounds with an anxiety disorder panic attack?

Every time I'm working out doing cardio my heart begins to hit and I remember the horrible feeling of having a panic attack and suddenly start to worry that literally throws me full force into one. I getting married in September and intends to launch a little belly and love handle fat I have gotten to be all different types of SSRI's for my anxiety. Now I'm off all medicines horrible and I can not lose fat little baby I gained in the process, so I'm very discouraged: (Will walk an hour five times a week do something for me if I keep my abs engaged the entire time? Someone please give me good advice! 10 points to best answer!

I also have attacks panic. What you need to do is stop what you're doing. If you need to sit, then sit down. Take a deep breath. When the panick attacks come, many Sometimes you're breathing in your chest. Slow down and breathe from your stomach. Should slow and take everything back to normal. If that fails, then I would say take a Walk 30 minutes EVERY DAY. And cut in a couple of calories. Eat mostly fruits and vegetables, protine, and a little carbohydrates. That should do it!
