An addict?
OK, I admit, I'ma little addicted to soft drinks. Part of the reason is because the water in my house smells me say that really stinks. It's a bit of mineral water heaviest I've ever seen. It builds on our bathroom scale, clog our showers, and I like a bog. Still, I might be fooling myself.
99 cans of soda on the wall …
I was drinking soda so much that I began to wonder that could be doing for me. I started reading about drinks and it turns out that if I drink more than 74 grams of fructose per day, which is equal to two and a half years sodas, then my chances of developing high blood pressure increased by 36 percent. This is not good! If this were not bad enough, I also increase my chances of belly fat or what I call soda diabetes-belly-fat, and tooth decay.
Soda Belly Fat
Carbonate belly fat as it develops once that the body has satisfied its needs for energy that converts the remaining sugar in soda and stores fat in the belly. Soda-belly-fat then go on blocking the liver processing the extra insulin that is in the bloodstream as a result of sugar. The extra insulin constricts the arteries which in turn increases their chances of Pressure high. To complete this stunning scenery, high blood pressure puts pressure on all the little capillaries in our bodies, such as those in the kidney, retina, brain and lungs. All major organs that depend for life, except maybe our eyes, but it will not be blind if the appeal is. Maybe all change diet soda to lose belly-fat and soda.
Diet soda can save me?
Think again, in a study by Harvard Medical School, the women who dropped a couple of diet sodas or more every day doubled their odds of decline in renal function. Decline in kidney function can destroy your kidneys! Again, not good, actually worse than soda-belly-fat.
Please moderation
I think it all comes down how much soda I drink. I think I'll just have to make it special treatment, which is a nice way of saying that the portion control. Or I could switch to the new mini-cans refrigerant that are available in my local grocery store. They are the opposite kind of super size. Are only 7.5 ounces. I suppose I could help, ie I was just a drink. Of all the sodas cause problems, I think obesity is the number one for me. Who wants to have hanging soda-bellied fat on his belt buckle?
More Than Just Giving Up Sodas
I know I have to do more than just giving up soda for soda counter-belly-fat. I have to change my lifestyle and go eat at a different plane and drink, and if truth be told, I probably even diet soda, because of my water, or maybe I'm drinking bottled water. I think if I give to drink soda and shift the heavy calorie diet I can easily lose all of my soda-belly-fat, and perhaps make my life last much longer.
