Belly Fat Oatmeal

belly fat oatmeal
they say, carbohydrates, proteins in turn you do not burn fat, how long it takes for them to become fat?

And as you know if and when you burn off your carbs? I work six days a week and running on day 7. I do cardio almost every day, usually 30 minutes or so, but I I can not get a flat belly, I still have a little belly. I should be running more, lift more weights? Or is my diet … I like eggs, oatmeal (no sugar or fat), strawberries, a fiber cereal and a banana for breakfast. So, generally have a protein bar (2 g sugar, 5 grams fat and carbohydrate 18) mid-morning, the penultimate butter sandwich at lunch and two yogurts for mid afternoon snack. I then work out. Normally 1 hour of weight lifting followed by 30 minutes of cardio. For dinner I usually have chicken and or turkey and broccoli (or other veggie dark). How do I get rid of this stubborn belly fat?

According to my gym instructor, who is a retired body builder, to lose my belly I need to run more, do a lot of sit-ups and not eating much.
