The fastest free way to lose belly fat?
I know that spot reduction does not work now, and the best way to burn fat doing cardio exercise 4-5 times a week. How can I do this quickly and efficiently, enough to show a change of Valentines Day? If it helps, I'm one year old female 17, slow metabolism, and I do not eat much, maybe two meals a day, no fast food, especially meals homemade pizza Lunchables or (strange addiction). Please, no announcements about products or anything. I have no money or credit cards for pay online for something that could very well be a hoax. I prefer doing it the normal way, even if it is slower.
