How to Lose Belly Fat
You're trying to lose belly fat with very few visible results? You're one of those who have seen all the infomercial on TV and they tried everything in vain?

Unfortunately, there is no easy or quick way to lose that belly fat. No pill or other device e can take the place of exercise and discipline the good old diet.
We must remember the following to lose belly fat:
* Boarding in a complete body workout. If you are serious about the loss of belly fat, then you should get lots of exercise as often as you can.
Ideally, you must spend at least 90% of practice time that you're doing high intensity exercises that involve all parts of your body, not just your abs. These include squats, lunges, dead lifts, presses, pushups and abs. Use weights for strength during training. When you work your muscles, you will burn more of their fat.
The remaining 10% of your exercise time should be used for specific exercises abs. Here is where you can do your crunches and sit ups.
* Skip slow cardio routine. What you need is exercise of various intensities, but short-lived duration that indirectly affect their abs, providing a cardiovascular effect. Examples are stair sprints, jump rope, wind sprints and other types of training high intensity.
* Diet is very important. Your body still needs food, and instead of being too restrictive to maintain a balance of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.
Go to whole foods and unprocessed as nuts, fruits, vegetables, seeds, organic eggs and lean meats. Embed dietary fiber to help clean your intestines, so keep it thin.
Avoid foods containing refined starches, refined sugar, hydrogenated oils (fats trans) and excessive alcohol, since they are not easily digested and can clog your lap, making your belly look bigger.
Lose fat belly need not be complicated or intense. No machine or gadget wonder pill can make your work man pouring fat stored safely and permanently.
What you need is a good diet and exercise program for the entire body to bring out your abs.
