how to reduce my belly and get slim without going to the gym?
I'm 22 years old and weight 65, height 5 feet 8 ', my BMI is in the range of good … the problem is that I'm getting a belly. I'll always be with my computer. i hav no installation of gym in my locality. their day to day and I am growing ever fatter. I do not want to happen tat. I'm getting many times the gastric problem. please suggest me some diet to eat and what not …. and also any yoga or exercises can I do to get in good shape. I want to be thinner in a short period of time as i hav to attend some seminars in the near future …. please suggest me the proper diet and exercise thanks in advance ……..
