I'm 15 stone! What am I doing wrong?
Hello im 21 years, I'm 15 stone …. 210 pounds and am 5ft 4 I do not eat wheat and dairy evil; I do not eat cakes, cookies, take aways, chips or any of that high fat foods, I do not even eat sandwiches usually have cereal for breakfast, then maybe low fat crisps for lunch with / Water, juice and a cereal bar, then the tea will consist of pasta / fish / potatoes / waffles that sort of thing …. once again not the wheat (I can not eat it) maybe a few jelly beans overnight or I'll have some wheat toast for dinner free when I go to work I do a lot of walking to work and back around work and I also go for walks at night ….. I have a thyroid problem or I feel I should not be so great when I do not eat much … and mostly I do not eat junk food like some people … my stomach is very shaky, so What am I doing wrong?
Where is the year in which they mix? Walking around work it.Take not cut everything you eat in a day and divide equally among all their meals. Get some exercise daily and the actual weight will come out and your body will tone up.
