Belly stands still do not have much fat?
I'm trying to lose weight and have seen really good results from eating a relatively (though not is ridiculously) low-calorie diet and working out 5-6 days a week. I lost my belly fat and now have very little left, but I still feel my stomach protrudes more than I'd like it. I am developing strong abs do a lot of pilates, but it makes the muscles in my abs stick out like this – should not flatten my abs? I heard someone talking about "visceral fat, which is like on the skin, can this be, if so, how can I launch it? 10 pts to best answer!
stomach of a person stands more than the chest. It's really only natural, unless you want a larger box and more defined.
