I'm trying to lose about 15 pounds I want to do it before summer. I'm not on a diet because my teacher told me when u dieting is easier to gain weight gain back more than un originally were. I try to eat right, but I do all the time. I mean, here and there I made a lil ice cream or potato chips here n there. In the last two weeks I went to move twice a week is good enough? Last week, my body was hurting me for about three days str8. What does it mean im fat burning? Mainging Im trying to lose my thighs, my face is fat so I would lose the asset, and, course, I hit my belly, I do not need a package, but I do not want that stick out too.
