How to lose fat and build muscle quickly?
I want to lose my baby fat, especially around my abdominal area, but also on my chest, any suggestions? special diet or training programs, perhaps? I could also send links to the gym, if any

They make you hungry fast.Cut junk food. 4) Take 2-3 cups of skim milk, cheese, yogurt. Exercise: 1) Get a trainer at the gym to help you so that you can develop your muscles evenly and look lean 2.) Choose an exercise you like and will do in life. I'm on low carb, low high-fat, high fiber protein and fast walking an hour every morning of the week.
