Burn Belly Fat Book

Atkins pleas burning fat?
Hi, I'm still trying to get a better understanding of the Atkins approach. Am in the process of reading the book of TNT, and if I understand right, because insulin levels are low, the body will go into some kind of way of burning fat instead of storing it. I do not understand is why the body goes into work on merging existing stored fat, when he has a belly full of food all the time, is not your easy and good sense for them to digest their food fresh and extract everything it needs from there?
What is the book of TNT? I can give you links to 200,000 people who changed their carb lives. (Six years for me) http://forum.lowcarber.org/ http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ The body can not release fat deposits, while there is insulin in the current blood. Carbohydrates are the only substance that triggers insulin. Protein triggers the fat burning hormone glucagon, insulin can spice but not can replace insulin. The body wants to burn glucose (or alcohol) – It's fast, easy, can be converted and absorbed in the mouth. He will try to stay in glycolysis And convert protein to glucose unless the fat percentage is higher than 65% (or 80% if excess protein is eaten) and even close the metabolism low if the appropriate fuel is not furnished. It has no real logic, but my theory is that it recognizes all the fuel present in the diet of fat, so do not feel comfortable using the fuel from fat diet would have to be converted and use fat reserves (because they are crowded and is more efficient, which converted raw fuel). No one disputes the role of insulin in the creation of fat reserves. This is all accepted knowledge in the field of diabetes. Diabetics managed their disease with diet before insulin and synthetic drugs. Fodder for cattle ranchers to high carb twice the weight of cows with fat tissue in just a few weeks. Cows normally eat grass low carb and high carb foods are not natural for them which causes them massive health problems. Remember that cows just need to stay alive a few weeks to double the weight and be killed, but half of all antibiotics produced in the U.S. go to the cattle. This is necessary for most animals do not get the consequences of eating the wrong foods, premature death. Cattle do even worse than the humans with the grain, but both species are better off with limited exposure to the grains. New research suggests that diets of cattle feeding in lower grain would solve much of the need antibiotics, carbohydrates are not apparently healthier for cows than humans. The theory is that it takes 20 years for a clear cause and effect is quite be shown. (They have argued for years that smoking had no impact on health). Diet societal changes do not show an immediate impact. For example, guidelines U.S. government have been changed for 35 years and suggest that we lower our fat intake and increase our consumption of carbohydrates. American society has followed these recommendations and reduced fat intake to 11%! Unfortunately this same time obesity, diabetes, heart disease, are all at epidemic levels, but they changed these recommendations? Until recently, there was the argument that there was no scientific evidence that nutrition had no cause And effect on human health. ALL diet theories have not proven scientifically, and any theory is based on a single hypothesis. A person who could give the explanation perfect logic in favor of or against any theory, but when you have something to himself that flies completely in the opposite direction from entrenched dogma, then you will know the truth for yourself. The earth is not flat, no matter how many people believe it is, it does so. I strongly recommend you watch the recent talk Taubes posted below. He spent seven years going over all the studies on nutrition, which is the basis of his recent book. His main points are: 1. Dietary fat, whether saturated or not, is not a cause of obesity, heart disease or any other chronic diseases. 2. The problem is refined carbohydrates in the diet, its effects on insulin secretion and hormonal regulation of homeostasis. 3. Sugars – sucrose, high fructose corn syrup specifically – are particularly harmful, the combination of fructose and glucose simultaneously elevates insulin levels and overload the liver with carbohydrates. 4. Through its direct effects of insulin and blood sugar, refined carbohydrates, starches, sugars are the dietary cause of coronary heart disease and diabetes. They are likely dietary causes cancer, Alzheimer's and other diseases. 5. Obesity is a disease of excess fat accumulation, not overeating and not sedentary behavior. 6. Consuming excess calories does not make us grow fatter, more than it causes a child to grow taller. 7. Fattening and obesity are caused by an imbalance in hormonal regulation of adipose tissue and fat metabolism. Synthesis and fat storage over fat mobilization from adipose tissue and its subsequent oxidation. 8. Insulin is the primary regulator of fat storage. When insulin levels fall, we release fat from adipose tissue. 9. By stimulating the secretion insulin, carbohydrates make us fat. 10. By driving fat accumulation, carbohydrates also increase hunger and decrease the amount of energy we expend in metabolism and physical activity.
