Burn Belly Fat Cream

How can I burn fat around my middle section?
I am 16 years old, I'm not fat but I have a small layer of fat around my belly. I'm looking to get a more defined abs and stomach. I work five days a week, usually weight lifting and some cardio day in between. I take a protein shake in the morning or after I get home from school. I do not eat the healthiest foods in the world …. Crisp …. ice cream etc. .. So I'm looking to change my eating habits and perhaps add some supplement that helps.
