How To Burn Belly Fat Exercise

There is no shortage of studies showing that exercise helps build muscle, prevent muscle loss and aid in weight loss and can help burn belly fat. One of the best way to lose belly fat and reduce body fat is to exercise. Strength training and weight lifting is often overlooked by the average person looking to lose fat.

With the weight loss calorie restricted diets, you often lose some lean muscle mass along with body fat, and when that happens, it becomes more difficult to lose weight. Studies have found that moderate exercise only helps reduce the loss of muscle mass that occurs from energy-restricted diets. By engaging in regular exercise while following a calorie restricted diet, you can limit the amount of muscle mass lost due to the diet.

Each pound of muscle burns about 50 calories per day. So if you would only lose 2 pounds of muscle, you would be burning 100 calories less. Lose 5 pounds of muscle, and that works out to burn 250 calories less per day. Exercise regularly will help build strength, muscle development, improving physical fitness, reduce muscle wasting time on a diet, and help you burn more fat, which translates into loss of belly fat.

For training, try some of the exercises to burn belly fat:

Front Squats – front squat places special emphasis on the thighs and sweep out the quadriceps. This is a fantastic training exercise your entire lower body.

Squats – Squats are one of the basic compound exercises to develop core strength.

Deadlift – Deadlift is a complex exercise that you should include in your training program – if your goal is to build muscle or burn fat.

Barbell Bench Press – The bench press is a compound exercise plan building size and strength of the pectoralis, anterior deltoids and triceps.

There are dozens if not hundreds of different exercises that you can do to lose fat and burn fat belly, but I chose these exercises because they are the "best" to build strength, and the construction and preservation muscle mass. No amount of ab exercise will help you burn belly fat. Just because you're doing exercises that target the muscles around its middle section does not mean that it also works to burn belly fat.
