Whenever I walk quickly places, or even run a little, I start to get really off the air. Also, Whenever I try to exercise, I find myself being very inflexible. My goal is to burn fat from my stomach, but whenever I try work out I always quit because I am very inflexible and can not do my workout tapes that I want to do, or because I'm a breathless and tired. You know Somehow I can decrease the amount of times I go off the air? And also, what are good things to work I do to burn some fat and feel better? Thanks for your help!

Drink water throughout the workout. That really helps me when I'm feeling short of breath. And I understand the question inflexible If like me you start to feel pain while stretching, stop. You're only hurting yourself. Work your way up to be more flexible. Moreover, not stop working out because you're tired or are not able to do everything. They all start at different levels, you will finally reach the place you want to be. And yes, working out is tiring, it can be uncomfortable, but you have to do it. When I just want to leave something that is out of my comfort zone, think how proud of me I'll be after wards, and all good things come to me. Maybe this will help you with your workouts.
