shadow boxing will burn the fat right arm im not interested in toning them this time because there is no fat and just as they would appear smaller and that will help slow walking / meduim speed to help me burn the thigh, but especially a calf that little fat will help make those things right ri wan to look slimmer at the time cuase im going to be wearing shorts and tank tops and I want them to look thinner How often should I do both and they will help right and you will see results by June 13 ish
Mmm you can not train a place to lose fat .. does not walk like get rid of fat on your thighs and not even most, it makes your whole body. Only cardio cardio cardio and you will see the results in everywhere. It may take some time for the points you want to see get slimmer, but some people lose fat in different places before others. hope this helps!
