Easy Belly Fat Burning Exercises
One way or an easy exercise to lose belly fat:)?
I like, I hate my belly, it seems it is always in the way and I want to write it, I heard crunches are really good for this, but I know what you think I do, I got the diet thing down already, but to lose that belly is all i want ^ ^
This opinion goes against intiutive but do not do pushups or abs exercises! They more you work your abs, the greater the muscle gets bigger and your stomach will look! You want to stay with the base or body weight training like squats and chinup. The more muscle you do, more calories your body can burn and if you keep your diet contained more fat you will loose. Keep in mind, of course, that stomach fat is stubborn fat and partly hormonal therefore very difficult to lose. So do not give up! Stick to a plan and will work, I feel better after just one week work because I get to hold me better. Because I'm doing it, my stomach looks flatter now, even though I have not lost any weight.
