Trying to find the fastest way to burn fat can sometimes feel like a frugal attempt.
I see so many people trying to find the way burn fat faster, which end up in a cardio machine and 30-60 minutes to go the same speed. Then they usually try to get into a training equipment strength and do a few sets of 15 repetitions.
Does this sound anything like their methods of trying to use exercise as a way burn fat faster?
If not, maybe you're like a lot of other people who think the fastest way to burn fat is to go on an extreme diet by accident consumer 500-1000 calories per day.
I can assure you that the above are not the fastest ways to burn fat!
This article will show that the two fastest ways to burn fat with exercise.
FASTEST way to burn fat METHOD # 1: Circuit strength training.
This is similar to the method of curves quickest way to burn fat. Strength training is great because helps increase your metabolism by adding lean muscle mass.
Circuit Training means you're doing an exercise of law after another with small amounts of rest between them. This keeps you moving, working hard, and burns lots of calories. That is why training power in a circuit format is the quickest way to burn fat with weights.
Here is a sample of what a circuit of strength training exercises burn fat may seem:
1. Pushups
2. Lunges
3. One arm DB row
4. Hamstring curls on a stability ball
5. Standing DB overhead shoulder press
6. Ab crunches on a stability ball
REPS: 10-15
REST: 30-45 seconds
DRIVE: 2.3
This type of exercise for strength training is the fastest way to burn fat weight, due to the intensity fast!
FASTEST way to burn FAT METHOD # 2: Use a training exercise interval
Interval training is the fastest way to lose fat with a cardio routine because it will burn calories and increase your metabolism. A good interval training exercise can be done in less than 25 minutes!
Here is an example of interval training workout:
A good place to start is using a walking or recumbent.
First five minutes: slow
Minutes 5-7: moderate
8.7 Min: go faster and push yourself! Repeat 2 minutes followed by a moderately fast interval minutes 3-6 times
End: 5 minutes cooldown
This is the quickest way to burn fat with cardio exercises because of the time it takes to do a routine like this and metabolic effects later.
CONCLUSION
If you really want the fastest way to burn fat with exercise, but I am long boring cardio routines followed by a few machines for strength training. Instead, use the strength training and interval Circuit Training new methods for their exercise the quickest way to burn fat and look sexy!
