How to get rid of excess belly fat?
I have been doing a specific exercise ab made by a professional to abs for about four months. I I can feel my muscles under a layer of belly fat, and I'd like to go away! I know I've built muscle under there, but I do not I can get rid of fat so show muscle. What should I do now to burn fat in the belly? Please be specific!
