How do I burn fat fast?

I just started working out .. Until now, I've seen a lot of good results. I'm not so fat so I'm starting to see my abdominal muscles. Its very annoying, because although there is still a layer of fat covering the thing. My question is: how I remove this "excess" fat? What foods should I eat and what foods should I avoid? and what I can do exercises to burn fat as much as possible? Thank you. PS: I also began to build muscle. this help?

Hi =] Firstly, just so you know, there's always will be the lowest layer of fat on your stomach. Anywho, the best things to eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, such as eggs and lean meat (this helps build muscle), dried fruits such as plums are very filling and they have more fat. Fat-free yogurt and cottage cheese is very good, too. As for this exercise is I recommend: Cardiovascular (treadmill, etc.) is the best thing to do (start 15-20 minutes and then work up to 30 or more) to lose weight and very importantly, make your heart healthy) leg lifts and crunches abs build and make the stomach flat. Doing lunges (and stay there for a minute) strengthen and tone your legs. Lifting weights to tone your arms and builds muscle.
