Fast Fat Burning Exercises

Help! I need to lose some weight.I have about 7 months.So is not any good diet, exercise, tips etc plz help
It would be really greatfull if anyone knows any FAST EXERCISE AND burn fat and diets, such as .. ATKINS ETC. .. Thanks: D
If you only have to lose "some weight" and has seven months, then you have several ways to do it. Atkins is good (until your heart is healthy and you do not have to drop). The best way is starting to burn 500 extra calories a day while not changing their food too. This will mean running using a treadmill, elliptical, or bike every day 30-60 minutes (depending on intensity) and keep your heart rate below 90% of their maximum rate for their age. If you are very heavy, start by walking and then move to the exercises better. Meanwhile, cut out fried foods, sweets, sugar, etc. The exercise and a bit of cut-back of food will make you lose approximately 1 pound each week, and you can easily lose 25-30 pounds in seven months you mentioned.
