When trying to find your heart rate and burn fat, the first thing you need to do is find out what your optimal heart rate should be. This is determined by your age and what your daily exercise is. If you are sedentary and not as I am, your target heart rate is slower than if you exercise frequently. There are a lot of heart rate calculators available online at no cost that are easy to use. There is an actual calculation you can find, but even with statistics faculty, I can not understand this equation. I recommend just use the calculators.
Once you determine your heart rate, burn fat is to follow. As you burn fat depends on how you exercise. Jumping rope is a major fat-burning exercises you can do. A lot of people have touted the benefits of the Atkins diet because it worked for losing weight. But Atkins has worked, putting your body into ketosis, a form of starvation. You lost water weight first, stored carbohydrates that your body really needs and then muscle tissue. It also causes constipation and breathing very bad.
The trick to getting the right heart rate and burn fat is to do it in a healthy way. Starving your body will not allow you lose weight and keep it off. Fat burning exercise, like jumping rope, working to kick up your heart rate and your body will start. Remember also drink lots of water to help flush toxins from the body.
