Fat Burn Circuit Training

Why do I lack energy when I workout?
I have worked out much faster than 6 months, but I've noticed that sometimes I get really with little energy and do not feel I can do anything. I get up an hour and a half before I start, I do a 20min run, which used to take 30 minutes, so I do Circuit Training where I jump, do sit down, push up and do lots of weight training, takes about 45min. Now usually I still have a lot energy left, but recently I started to feel very tired and can not get pumped up. I do not eat anything before I start my training working out on an empty stomach is good for burning fat easier, but I drink Lucozade to keep me going. I usually 2hrs complete without problems so I'm thinking of going caffeine pills to help me get more pumped? I'm not a kid, I've been training almost a year now and know how to get in shape, I just want some ideas on how I can keep me pumped without anything to eat before I start my training.
Ok before a workout and eat carbohydrates that will keep you going. You may also take an energy drink with you, Ribena does the trick for me, but also lead to water is best. I also have bad stamina when running, but ok to do weight training. Eat protein and carbs and you will be alright. Keep going and you get better. Also you may be going through a phase where you're not motivated, working out, I went through this phase. If this is the case, change your routine a bit and try other things.
