Why am I gaining weight?!?
I started a detox to cleanse my system and lost 12 pounds in 10 days. After about 21 days my diet plan, which consists mainly of fruits and vegetables rich in fiber, brown rice, plenty of plain yogurt and a variety of beans, I got working out the arrangements for 30 minutes of fat burning aerobics (walking three miles per hour) and an additional 30 minutes of weight lifting slight rotation of the upper and lower body I do it five days a week. I'm gaining weight! I feel great I've never been a workout person and I love it, but I'm freaking out because I started this regime to lose weight and now I feel like I'm going backwards and I have to start all over again ..??? I'm going to my fourth week and work out and my 7th week with the diet plan and I'm not sure if I should adjust my caloric intake or just see if it balances …
If you are building muscle which could be it. Muscle weighs more than fat. Inches lost is more imortant of weight lost.
