When you start a program of fitness and cardio, and you're in the "zone" burning, which causes the body to lose fat first? Where you see the first results, which body part?
you burn off your body uniformly, so the first place you will see the change is where the thin layer of fat (like your face) and the last time you will see where is the layer thick (as in belly or butt) (you can not burn the fat off first one and then others, is just what you see)
