high intensity fat burning healthy eating – and will see results?
I've done about an hour from a high-intensity training burns fat by day to about 10 days now – coupling this with a healthy diet and a pair of cycling sessions per week, how long do you think would lead to see some real results? I've been doing some exercises to tone up too. I'm not overweight but just want to get in shape and a little more balance / toned. It is my workout / healthy eating an effective means of doing so? Also, obviously without accurate judgments can be made, but for a person with a normal (Although femininely rounded!) Weight, how many pounds per week, you think I can expect to lose? Thanks – sorry it's a matter of time! Oh, and also do not worry, I'm being sensible and try not to exaggerate:)
