How do I calculate my "Target Heart Rate for maximum fat burn during my aerobic exercise?

I am 32 years old and need lose about 50 pounds and I have found a zillion different sites to calculate my target heart rate. I'm really looking for some consensus here. Note: I just have a heart rate monitor for Christmas. Thanks for any insite Family Yahoo!

The easiest way is the "220" Take the rule and subtract your age from 220 .. Now it is 188, your target rate should be around 75% of 188 MAX, which is 140 or so. This just means that its frequency maximum heart rate should not exceed 140. There are a lot of other ways to discover this, but this is the easiest.
