Back in the day that I was still struggling to lose weight and get completely desperate to see any type of results, I fell to fix it "fast" trap that I still see people falling now. I tried all the diets out there past extreme and I even resorted to the dangerous fat burning pills … all in an effort to lower still just a little weight … something, anything … I just do not want to be more fat.

In my own defense, and (if I do not defend myself, who will?) I did not know then how dangerous these pills were … at least not as far as I know now. I imagined so many people were taking and they were sold at the store site, they must be safe, right? Definitely NOT!

Here was the problem (for me and maybe you too). We all want to see results and want to see them now! Not only most of us (I included) lack of patience in many areas of our lives (yes, get it to me yesterday), but sometimes when we see the results in an instant, lost steam, we give up, we have only one figure is impossible.

Now, I'm not going to turn this into a Tony Robbins self-development, "You can do this "speech. But I will say is that if you're looking for a quick fix for weight loss, fat burners are not the answer.

I could go on and on and tell you all the dangers associated with many of these pills … potential heart attack and heart damage, hormonal dysfunction, stroke, permanent damage to your metabolism … but I think this time many people are well aware of how dangerous these pills can be. We all saw the unfortunate news of people dying of these pills … is simply horrible.

What I want to share with you some "insurance" quick ways to make your engine start burning fat. Yes, a power healthy and exercise are always the answer, but sometimes we need just a little more to get the ball rolling.

Here are some of my own strategies that anyone can implement in a secure way to accelerate fat loss results:

1. Eliminate wheat and dairy for two weeks or more. I know, I know … this should be the theme Isabel. I know I remind you this all the time, but the truth is that it works! Most Wheat and dairy products will cause an inflammatory response in the body (without you even realizing they are the cause) and make it really hard sometimes impossible to see even move fat off your body. wheat products include more breads, cereals, biscuits and pasta. Dairy products include milk and cheese. Eggs are ok and in many cases, the butter is so and will not stop the fat burning process.

2. Eliminate all grains of two weeks or more. Santa Isabel smokes .. now it's getting a little excited. Look, I'm just telling you what works. And if you have to get into a bikini in a few weeks, their high school reunion is around the corner (and former boyfriend will be there!), or you just want the pounds to come off faster, I suggest going "grain free "until you reach your desired weight. NO, I'm not saying that the grains are unhealthy. I'm just saying sometimes, fat loss will be more accelerated without them. Grains include rice, oats, corn, quinoa and spelled. All healthy, yes, but a few weeks without them will help your body eliminate fat more quickly.

3. Add lemon to your water. Lemon is a wonderful detoxifier for the liver. And since the liver is burning "Fat" of the body, which we always work fine. Keep your liver squeeky clean, not only by eliminating foods and substances toxic of your meal plan, but also giving it a good cleaning with some fresh lemon. You can also add a little cayenne pepper in your drink, and and that will help get your bowels moving (if the food is not finding its way out, weight loss will be much slower).

4. Eating fruit before their portions 16:00. Again, another group of wonderful foods that I am in no way is saying "bad", but you can see the results of increased fat loss, eating its fruits, with breakfast, mid morning and lunch and then sticking to veggies to your snack in the afternoon and dinner. Raw carrots and peppers are great with almond butter in the afternoon and a piece of meat or salmon over sauteed greens and a salad is a great dinner. You then still get in their servings of fruit a day, but they had much earlier in the day.

There are many tactics and strategies you can try before resorting to something dangerous like taking supplements of fat burning that will work when you stay with them. Act in the above four steps and walk to the beach or that high school meeting feeling and looking great.
