Im 29 years old, 6ft 240 lbs. In the last five years I have been let out of shape in a way bad. I’m looking for a program of exercises can I do with the equipment without my apartment complex, for example, exercise bikes, treadmill, and a few weight machines. I cut the sugar in my diet as much as I can, stopped drinking soda. I do not eat much to get so not overeating is a problem. Any advice is appreciated.
