Fat Burn Routines

The exercise routines I can do to help burn fat?
I just recently started back to the gym and wondered what the machine would be the best thing to do and that I should alternate (I am going three times a week for 45 minutes to an hour).
The treadmill, cycling, elliptical, and the master the ladder will be your friend. Cardio will burn more fat than endurance training, but you must train to build muscle strength, which raises your metabolism, that will burn more fat, even when not working out. Try asking someone at the gym for some basic help, im sure it will not be charged but you can only try and find what works best for you.
