You burn more fat by running in the morning?
I heard somewhere that you burn more if you run in the morning b / c it force your body to burn fat before eat.Is Is this true? I usually tend to walk / run for 45 minutes
Performing exercises is very good. You can run a long distance. I suggest you increase the time you spend running. Running morning is better because you have much energy during the morning.
