Fat Burn Swimming

What is great way to burn fat, then other cardio?
Other then jogging, running, what other ways to burn fat? I'm jogging / running for some time now and I think my body is getting used to it becoming not burn all the more any other suggestions for burning fat? not swim well
Jogging, walking, elliptical, stairmaster bike … etc at least 30-60 minutes 5 days a week, will help your cardio. For the weights you want not lift too heavy, but not very clear. Most people think that if light lift that will cut them and this is not correct. Lifting too light does nothing, but absolutely to add a little cardio. You want to lift moderate weights and do three sets of 15 repetitions. Do 3 exercises for each part body rotating body parts. For example, I do chest, shoulders and tri's one day after back … and two of the other, then the legs of another. Then start again. This will give your muscles time to heal and rebuild. You will not rise up unless you do heavy weights with fewer reps. Moreover, and most importantly is their eating habits. If you want to lose fat you need to watch your calorie intake … eats mostly chicken, turkey …. be away from fatty meats like pork and game. Drink lots of water and be aware of sugar filled beverages and foods. Eating fresh cooked meals. Meals unpackaged or take. Good Luck!
