Fat Burn Treadmill

That the exercise will burn more fat the treadmill or a mini stepper?
I really want to firm my butt and legs, while the loss of an extra 10 15 lbs. Also if I should both be used to switch the days I use them. I also use a resistance band 3Xs a week and a hoop dance almost every day which has really helped my stomach area. I'm on a plateau and need aadvice on how to kick up to 10 pounds in the past. thanks
intensity exercise and muscle mass of a person determines whether the caloric expenditure during exercise, so everyones burn a different amount of calories in exercise. intensity and duration of exercise determines how much of an increase in metabolic rate is not the first hours after exercise. for maximum fat loss who want to exercise to about 70% of VO2max for 60-80 minutes. This causes the metabolic rate to stay high for hours after exercise, ie when the actual loss fat occurs. you must use both pieces of equipment as the mechanics of each is different. in addition to the pieces of equipment that I would do some form of run out. for maximum fat burning sprints hands down is the king. where the maximal effort exercise of increased metabolic rate after exercise will maximimized. maximal effort exercise also causes the greatest increase in the secretion of growth hormone. GH is the most powerful substance burnig fat that the body produces. 10 completes the 100 meters sprint is all you need to make 2-3x per week. is certainly not easy, but it's how you get the body to burn some serious fat.
