If you feel people pussyfoot around the food items you can and can not eat reduce belly fat, despair no more. Here comes the hard core of responses.
There is no magic food that burn belly fat. This response may surprise you. However, we are not bending the truth. However, if you watch your food, you can reduce if not eliminate unwanted body. The key is to give your body less calories than you burn. Before I tell you what to eat, I'll tell you what not to eat.
The items to be avoided are:
- Any processed food – all prepared with processed flour
- Fast food
- Alcoholic beverages
- Pork
- High-fat dairy products
I know it's hard to avoid these items, especially items such as hamburgers. You can eat them. However, keep in mind that are not conducive to their health. Do not think for one second that these items are OK. They will give you a healthy body.
Now, what to eat to reduce belly fat
- As I said earlier, there is no magic pill to burn fat. You can, however, include the following foods in your daily diet. They are rich in nutrients. They do not put fat load in your body.
- Oat
- Egg
- Whole foods Items
With large amounts of soluble fiber and nutrients, oatmeal is a useful item to shrink your belly fat. Eating oats without sugar. Perhaps, eat some fruit with her oatmeal.
The egg is a good source of protein, less fat, and a good meal. Do not put the blood cholesterol, as doctors believed until recently.

However, you also need to make sure that you burn more calories than you consume. Cardio exercises like running, swimming and dance will promote fat metabolism and burn fat. Abs exercises or core exercises will help you strengthen the foundation and provide a better balance for your body.
