I am a 5'11 "184 pounds male Bahamian black. I've been attending the gym for the past six months and I lost a significant amount of weight (fat that is about 25-29 pounds) and I build muscle too. For the past month or so I've gone to the gym about four times a week or so. I do cardio every day I go and I run at least 7 km / h for an hour on a slope of 2, but I have the same amount of time that I did during the summer (I'm doing my teaching Practice now) and also my gym only has three treadmills work. I would go to another, but I can not afford it! Then go do inrcardio the rate of 9 to 9.5 km / h on a slope of 7 for 30-35 minutes result fat loss continues as I desire? I can see my abs and my chest is also better defined than ever. My goal is to burn fat and gain muscle maxamize (not too much though). Guess I'll have to burn about 10-15 pounds of fat to get there. Any suggestions for my diet, considering my gender, height and weight are welcome

Sunday eat anything you want and not exercising, do it on Sunday for your body will not starve so. YOU NEED TO TAKE OFF Sunday. If you stilck so you'll have a great body. also drink aleast 8 ounces of water a day! Stay away of McDonalds, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good to the menu at even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, etc) Good Luck:)
