How to burn a lot of fat?

I wonder how I can burn a ton of fat in one workout (obviously in several years). Please do not suggest eating disorders, I'm not looking to go down that path (for all the wise guys out there). But if anyone can suggest some really awesome exercise routine / routines and / or a diet that will help me lose weight quickly, thanks! ~ Thanks, peace and happiness

Contrary to popular belief, the quickest way to burn fat is through cardio exercise intensity, not of low intensity. Intervals are the best. On a treadmill, for example, alternate 30-60 seconds of effort of 95% with 1-2 minutes of 60% effort to recover. Repeat for the least 30 minutes.
