Fat Burn Workout Treadmill

Do this exercise is good for losing fat?
A workout 3x per week. 10-20 minutes of stretching. Do some pushups, crunches, abdominal, snails, etc. Not much, just enough to burn a little. Go for about 30 minutes on the stationary bike at a normal pace (15-20 MPH). Then go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and alternate between walking (1.5 to 3 MPH), jogging (5-7 MPH) and race (12.8 MPH). Then do some pullups more, pushups, curls, abs, etc. Will this be enough exercise to burn off some good fat and keep the muscles toned?
Yes. After a few weeks, increase your calistenics to tone muscles
