The Truth About Fat Burning Zone
Almost all the pieces of cardiovascular equipment scanned contain some kind of chart showing heart rate target a certain age to stay inside to stay in the "fat burning zone. What is not said to you is exactly why you must lie within this range and what that means exactly.
Specifically, the "fat burning zone" is a heart rate range that when you stay within your levels, burns, the higher percentage of fat. Here is an example to show the total amount of fat calories burned in two directions:
John worked on Monday for 30 minutes on a treadmill in his burning zone of fat and only 200 calories burned. This works 200 x 0.5 = 100 calories from fat. John also performs high-intensity exercise training and a session 30 minutes burned 300 calories. This works out to 300 x 0.3985 = 120 calories from fat. As you can see, although technically he burned a large percentage of work within the fat burning zone fat, you can actually burn more using a method of high intensity.
Both types of training have its place within an exercise routine and have different effects on the exerciser. Staying in the fat burning zone is an effective cardio workout and recovery an intense training session, loaded with super strength and can help you fight your body to grow back stronger. Similarly, a training session of interval high can be a perfect training for when you're crunched for time and need to squeeze in thirty minutes of cardio, but want the maximum benefits possible. Include both in your practice to enjoy all the benefits they offer.
