What is really bad to have fat burners before you're 18?
on most of the fat burners labels, it says "for use by adults healthy, ages 18-50. Im a 16 years boy, im 5'10 "i havent grown since the beginning of last year. I've reached a plateau of weight lifting, the My bank will not go over 265, so ive decided to start reducing the fat. is detrimental to my health to take fat burners as "atro-phex" before im 18? ahhhh ppl im not fat burnig to increase my reps lmfao I want to be a great physical education, id be a lost cause, if I really thought percentage body fat had nothing to do with a rep! I want to burn fat more ripped! I want to lose the love handles!
Atro phex as well as other complementary fat burners can be very dangerous to be taken before age 18 (the general age of puberty was run course). Atro-phex messes with a number of bodily functions normal adults (ie, that insulin regulates glucose levels in the blood). My advice to you is a doctor (MD certified professional, not medical professionals, it could be someone who has no medical training itself) and a professional trainer who works with supplements on a daily basis. Try to find someone who is not going to try to sell something because they will say anything to get you to buy their products. Really what you need to do a cardiovascular work (ie elliptical, treadmill). Of course you are burning fat by gaining muscle, but really the way most effective way of reducing weight is cardio. I know it's no fun … but you have to do it. At least 30 minutes (once you reach your target frequency heart).
