Three vital principles that you should know to burn fat soon

Until now, most people realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your metabolism and fat loss as well as a number of other benefits that allow you to live your life as healthy as possible.

Unfortunately, most people I see performing weight training or resistance training at the academy are spending much time with exercise and not working hard enough. They will not burn much more fat this way.

The secret I have found is that the formation of lean muscle mass and strength requires the proper implementation of three key elements that are often ignored by those who try. These three elements are:

Intensity

-Volume & Frequency

-Progression

Intensity is how hard it is do for you, given its current condition. The volume and frequency are how much and how often you perform the exercise. The evolution is related with the amount of increased need for training for training.

Most times, weight training, is conducted for a long time and performed many times per week. Unfortunately, it is treated the same way as so-called aerobic exercise burns fat. But they are very different forms of exercise. In fact, they are completely opposites.

Aerobic exercise is typically characterized by low to moderate intensity, volume and high frequency and little progression. exercise anaerobic or strength training should be conducted in high intensity, low volume and frequency, and progression to be as effective as possible.

No amount of weight training performed in a low or moderate intensity will provide significant muscle or strength building benefit beyond the first few weeks. At a high level view, is simply the combination of sufficient intensity, coupled with attempts to increase both the number of repetitions of a weight training exercise or the amount of weight used for each workout that will keep your body in fat burning machine evolution in the end!

You also have to pay attention to other details in creating an effective and efficient routine to maximize your workout and minimize the time spent academy. Why? Because perhaps even more important than the workout itself is the rest period that follows. You will not get stronger or more muscular if you no rest.

You see, when the power train it properly, you are creating small lesions in the muscles. Then you have to let the body repair itself, and then compensate and build on the existing amount of muscle mass you have. If you workout again before the process completed, you'll experience lackluster, if any, muscle building and fat burning results.

So make sure you get proper rest between workouts, which usually means at least 1-3 full days of rest between resistance training properly signed.

Now, after hear the ideas you have to add muscle to your body to ensure maximum fat burning environment, a lot of people, especially women, get thinking: "But I do not want to get bigger, I want to lose weight!" But this is a shame because it is very unlikely to happen, and many women are losing these fat burning benefits because of it.

You see, most men and almost all women simply do not have the characteristics necessary gene needed to produce muscle gains so that they would look bulky or too developed to most people. These features include testosterone levels, the composition of muscle fibers, the length of the muscle belly, among others.

Those bodybuilders you've seen on TV and in magazines are the genetic cream of the crop for muscle development and are usually in high doses of anabolic steroids, growth hormone and other drugs bodybuilding. Do not be fooled by these images, or those that scare you to think this way. Also, lean muscle is more compact than fat, since it occupies less space in your body, so you will actually be smaller and smaller, to replace the fat in your body with lean muscle mass.

Please understand you are putting yourself in the best position to succeed with your fat loss and fitness goals when you perform properly conducted intense training resistance, no matter who you are.

But make sure you understand and apply the three critical principles discussed above. If you do not do this, you will ultimately be unhappy with their results, both in its ability to burn fat and realize the lean, strong and healthy body you deserve.
