That should set you right at 300 calories. You can even mix things up and get something like a lean cuisine meal that are low in calories.

Mid-afternoon:

So you've eaten 600 of 1,000 calories diet plan calories allowed. This meal that you want to eat about 200 calories. I suggest a decent sandwich good size for this meal because you need some carbohydrates in your diet such as bread.

Dinner:

I suggest you keep your dinner around 200-300 calories. Do not worry about how late you eat until his past nine o'clock at night. Eating a small late meal can actually help increase your metabolism before bedtime. But if you eat a lot of time you run the risk of weight gain because your metabolism naturally decreasing at night.
