It really depends on what you have done in the past. If you were to eat three meals big day before that and doing no exercise at all, this is probably an exaggeration. If you eat the same thing and simply not doing any exercise, then this is a good plan reasonable. Whatever you do, make sure you go with something you know is sustainable. Do not overload yourself. You want to make a plan you can stick to for a long period of time. Even that slight changes in your diet, you can stick to it, you'll get much more what a ridiculous plan that you will not be able to stay for a few more days.
